This 8 week programme based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is designed to give you the tools to take time out for yourself and is suitable for women who are experiencing low mood, tiredness, stress, anxiety or depression.
C.B.T helps women to understand the thoughts and feelings that influence behaviours and women will learn how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on behaviour.
The goal of CBT is to teach you that you can take control of how you interpret and deal with things in your environment.
Participants will be given an introduction to CBT techniques and will be supported to challenge negative thinking resulting in improved self esteem and mood, giving you tools for life!
