Pilates For Women

Pilates is a very gentle but effective form of exercise that will make you look and feel great. It is especially good for anyone suffering from back problems as it improves the posture and strengthens the spine. It also lengthens and strengthens the muscles in the body especially the stomach area.

It is open to all ages. Participants need to bring a mat or thick towel and wear comfortable clothes.
