Donegal Community Counselling Service is provided in Donegal Women’s Centre and at our outreach centres It is a community based, non-set fee, confidential, client – centred counselling and psychotherapy service.

This is a generic counselling service provided by student accredited /pre accredited counsellors who are affiliated to the recognised accreditation bodies.
How can counselling help?
Counselling and psychotherapy can help address a wide range of issues which may include the following:
- Sexual, Physical and Emotional Abuse
- Family/Parental Concerns
- Stress, Anxiety or Panic Attacks
- Relationship Issues
- Bereavement and loss
- Self-esteem Issues
- Alcohol/Drug Issues
- Fertility Issues
- Postnatal depression.
We see anyone over the age of 17 who live in Co. Donegal
If you are interested in counselling you can:
- Self-refer or
- Be referred by your GP or by any other health professional
Our Outreach service offers counselling/psychotherapy to both men and women

Friday 10.00am – 4.00pm. (closed 1.00pm – 2.00pm)
All our counsellors are supervised by qualified and experienced supervisors
