Having access to trusted sexual health information and support is an important part of looking after your wellbeing. At Donegal Women’s Centre, we are committed to providing young women with a safe, welcoming, and confidential space where they can access professional advice and make informed decisions about their health.

The FREE iLash Young Women’s Sexual Health Clinic is available for women aged 17–25 and offers a drop-in service every Monday, making it easy to get support without the need for an appointment.

Whether you have questions about contraception, want to discuss your options, or simply need reliable information from a trained healthcare professional, our experienced nurse is here to help. The clinic is designed to be non-judgmental and supportive, allowing you to ask questions and explore your choices in confidence.

Pregnancy testing is also available at the clinic. If you are concerned about a possible pregnancy, you can access testing in a confidential setting, along with immediate support, information, and guidance on the next steps available to you. Our aim is to ensure that every young woman feels informed, supported, and empowered to make the decisions that are right for her.

No matter what questions or concerns you may have, you do not need to face them alone. The iLash Clinic provides a safe space to access healthcare, information, and support when you need it most.
