💜 Honouring Louisa: Daniel & Mark Take on the Chase The Sun Ireland Endurance Cycle and we are honoured to be a recipient of their fund raising 💜
We are so honoured to be chosen as one of the charities supported through this incredible challenge!
In 2026, Daniel Potter and his friend Mark will take on the Chase The Sun Ireland Endurance Cycle, cycling from Belfast to Enniscrone in a single day. They will set off at sunrise on June 20th, with one goal: to finish before sunset.
This challenge is not for the faint-hearted, but Daniel has chosen to turn the physical and mental demands of the day into something truly meaningful. In the 10th year of his sister Louisa’s passing, Daniel and his family felt this was a powerful way to honour her memory. They are supporting causes close to her heart, including Donegal Women’s Centre, a service Louisa herself accessed in the past, alongside Meevagh First Responders.
Every euro raised will go directly towards vital frontline services for women and families across Donegal. We are deeply grateful to Daniel, Mark, and their families for thinking of us in such a thoughtful and meaningful way.
🚴♂️ Follow the Journey
Daniel will be sharing training updates leading up to the event, as well as video blogs on the day. Keep an eye out and cheer them on as they take on this extraordinary challenge!
