At Donegal Women’s Centre, we recognise that life can feel overwhelming at times—but you don’t have to face it alone.

Through Donegal Community Counselling, we provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can talk things through with trained counsellors who genuinely care and are here to listen without judgement.

Whether you are going through a difficult time, feeling anxious, or simply need space to talk, support is available.
