January Blues

We know, January feels like the longest month of the year – but remember, though we are looking forward to Spring, there are plenty of things to love about this time of year! There is a wee bit of sunlight every day, and if you have the capacity to get out in it, it makes a big difference.

 

Every day is a little longer and brighter than the dark ones before it, and isn’t that a lovely metaphor?
