Community Classes
Creative art therapies in a group setting will offer a safe and non-threatening way for women to connect with each other.
If you know anyone who might be interested, please contact the Centre on 074 9124985 or email donegalwomenscentre@gmail.com to book your place.

Mondays from 10.00am to 12.00pm –
The programme will work alongside the therapeutic work being undertaken in the counselling room and will offer additional experiential support to the woman. Alternatively, it will work as a stand alone programme to support any woman in her journey of experiencing trauma.
The programme will be working with creative arts to nurture a sense of empowerment, community and connection with other participants. It will be an opportunity to strengthen resilience and internal locus of control to empower new ways of seeing the self and the recovery path ahead.
