Why Sexual Health Matters
STIs can affect anyone who is sexually active, and some infections may not cause noticeable symptoms. This means that looking after your sexual health isn’t just about seeking help when something feels wrong. It is also about prevention, awareness, testing and having access to trustworthy information.
Taking time to learn about STI prevention and safer sex can help you protect your health and make choices that are right for you.
Most importantly, you don’t have to navigate questions about sexual health on your own.
A Safe Space to Ask Questions
It is completely normal to have questions about sexual health, relationships, contraception, STI prevention or staying safe.
The clinic offers a confidential environment where you can seek information and support without judgement. Whether you have a specific concern or simply want to become better informed, reaching out for support is a positive step.
If you’re a woman aged 17–25 living in Donegal, why not drop in on a Monday and find out how the clinic can support you?
