Your health matters, and sometimes having the opportunity to speak to a healthcare professional can make all the difference.
If you are a woman aged 17–25 living across Donegal, you can access a free drop-in sexual health clinic at Donegal Women’s Centre in Letterkenny.
The clinic provides a safe, welcoming and confidential space where you can talk to a nurse or doctor one-to-one about your sexual health and wellbeing.

You may have questions about your sexual health, contraception, relationships or your general wellbeing. You may be worried about something and want professional advice, or you may simply want to make sure you are looking after your health.
Whatever your reason for coming along, you can speak with a healthcare professional in a supportive and respectful environment.
You can talk about topics including:
- Sexual health and wellbeing
- Contraception and contraceptive choices
- Questions or concerns about your sexual health
- Relationships and personal wellbeing
- Emotional and mental wellbeing
- General questions about your health
You don’t need to feel embarrassed or worried about asking questions. There is no need to have all the answers before you come in.
