Practical tools for managing stress, overthinking and overwhelm. Do you ever feel like your mind never switches off? Are you constantly overthinking, worrying, feeling overwhelmed or struggling to make time for yourself?
The Stress Reset is a practical 8 week course designed to help you understand stress and learn realistic tools to manage it in everyday life. Over the eight weeks, we’ll explore:

Understanding stress and what happens in the mind and body.

Overthinking, rumination and getting stuck in your head.

Worrying and imagining the worst case scenario.

Setting boundaries and saying no without the guilt.

Switching off and calming a busy mind at night.

Sleep and relaxation.

Procrastination, overwhelm and getting started.

Slowing down, relaxing and making space for yourself.
The course combines psychology, mindfulness, coaching and practical stress management strategies, giving you tools and techniques you can use in your everyday life. Facilitated by Mary Bradley, who has an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing and specialises in stress management. Mary’s approach is practical, supportive and focused on helping you understand your own patterns and find strategies that work for you.
