At Donegal Women’s Centre, we are proud to host the FREE iLash Young Women’s Sexual Health Clinic, providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for women aged 17–25 to access advice and information about contraception and sexual health.

The clinic operates on a drop-in basis, meaning no appointment is required. Whether you have questions about contraception options, want to learn more about protecting your sexual health, or simply need someone knowledgeable to talk to, a trained nurse is available to offer guidance and support.

We understand that discussing sexual health can sometimes feel intimidating. That’s why the iLash Clinic is designed to be welcoming, confidential, and pressure-free. Every young woman deserves access to reliable information and the opportunity to make choices that are right for her.
